When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary as we ship from different fulfillment centers around the world depending on your location. Average delivery time is approximately 7-20 business days. Your tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after the order is shipped.
How can I cancel an order?
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the order has most likely been processed and is about to be shipped or shipped. Once that goes into effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we pride ourselves on prompt service, which includes shipping orders as quickly as possible.
What is the return policy?
If there is something wrong with your order (defective product, wrong order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to help you look into the matter and, if approved, send you a replacement. Please do not return anything before we investigate the case, our customer service team will review the request and send further instructions. We reserve the right to refuse any return request.
If you return the product, you will bear your own shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
*Cosmetics, lingerie and underwear/shapewear are final sale due to hygiene reasons.

HOW DO I USE THE COUPON CODE?
You are lucky! To use your coupon code, add all of your glittery goodies to your cart and begin the checkout process. A box will appear to enter the code, then click Apply. Please note that only one promotional code can be entered per order from vernaal.com. Coupon code cannot be used on orders that have already been placed.
